Today I saw this movie at this really nice sort of... underground cinema. I thought it it worth including, its incredible. It is about this woman who gets married right around second world war and looses her husband to it, or so she'd thought, she changes her whole life around him or the abscence of him.... the ending is just shocking. You must watch it!

Drift by Ron Mueck
Michael enjoys 3 things in life1. Money
2. Petting large animals
3. Wearing Wayfarers (because it makes him feel like part of the cast of Risky Business)
Michael believes in 3 things in life
1. Men actually don't need hair, so he is not bald he is just ... more evolved
2. Blue is his color
3. Unicorns

Michael is a very succesful man, he has his own production company and a farm outside Conneticut where he raises ponies. He is used to everything going his way and made that Adidas campaign "Impossible is nothing", his life motto, though he claims to have come up with it first. He took as his own goal in life to defy gravity and prove it wrong. He has been levitating next to his living room wall for 14 days already and counting. Nobody really understands the purpose of it or why he insisted on wearing such a tacky bathing suit. He just said it was a personal issue between him and Isaac Newton, but few believed him.. everyone knows Mr. Newton isn't keen for feuds.

Man on a boat - Ron Mueck
Klaus is german and a nudist, he doesn't get surprised by the cold of the Pforzheim Black Forrest or hipperealism. He is 38 years old but started to get bald since age 14. He remains thin because of his profession and because he likes the way his legs look in skinny jeans. One day his friends started to dissapear, he was not sure if it was the end of the world or simply nobody had paid their phone bills on time, which explained why none of them returned his calls. The last book he read was "Eat, pray, love", he started Woody Allen's "Without feathers" but never got to finish it because of the lack of selfindulgence and Julia Roberts' mental images. At the end of the book, the main character gets on a boat with Javier Bardem. That's why when Klaus went to the Hamburg port and found that boat he is on, thought it would be a good start to vindicate himself. He thought there would be more waves and movement. There isn't cause he hasn't noticed he is still anchored to shore. As of right now, he is looking at the young pizza delivery boy from afar. He called 45 minutes ago, it must be free now.
This would have been an excelent day if only he hadn't forgotten to take his Chlorpromazine pill. Well, the sun will come out tomorrow, at least the pizza is already here.
